What the site is
The site shows the keyboards we're designing and lets you sign up for launch news, join a waitlist and vote on what we make next. It doesn't sell anything yet. When we open sales, purchases will be covered by separate terms of sale that you'll see before you buy.
Signing up
You can sign up if you're at least 16. Give us an email address that belongs to you, and keep it up to date if you want to hear from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Signing up, joining a waitlist or voting doesn't reserve a product, create an order or oblige either of us to buy or sell anything.
Product information
Designs, specifications, images, layouts, materials, names and dates on this site describe our plans, and they may change before launch. Images may be drawings or renders rather than photos of finished products. Boards marked "coming soon" are planned, not promised. Votes help us decide what to make next, but we make the final call.
Our content
The site's text, images, designs, logos and the Titan Keyboards name belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, sell or reuse our content or branding, or present it as your own, without our written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't:
- sign up other people without their permission, or use fake or automated signups;
- try to disrupt the site, get into systems or data you aren't authorized to access, or get around security measures;
- scrape the site in a way that burdens it, or use it for anything unlawful.
We may block access or remove signups that break these rules.
Links to other sites
We may link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. The new version will appear on this page with a new version date, and it applies from the date shown. We keep every earlier version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in Colorado, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
